Farm Manager - DB Ag

About Us:

DB Ag provides a range of services to the agricultural sector while producing commodities in its own right. It is underpinned by the basic principles of scale, geographical spread, management specialisation and sustainable operations.

The experience, expertise and flexibility in the management team and the network of partners allow DB Ag to diversify risk and remain at maximum production in line with variations in climatic and economic conditions

DB Group’s mission statement focuses on three main points:

·       We are a group of ‘everyday’ people, collaborating to maximise profit through economies of scale, diversification, geographical spread, management specialisation and proactive risk management.

·       We actively manage the risks associated with dryland farming by being realistic and flexible with our business planning, utilising sustainable farm management practices, growing our off-farm enterprises and having a strong team that is prepared to challenge each other.

·       The strength of our business lies in operational excellence, delivering consistently good quality products and services in a cost-effective manner.
